This section contains our Institutional Policy and our General Rules and Regulations.
Our mission includes
informing the Public about the work we perform to preserve our documents and make them
available to the Public.
At Espigas, we safeguard documents on Argentinian and Latin American art according to international quality standards. Our access policy is designed to make our holdings available for consultation while providing the preservation and protection they require.
We also foster research that proposes new readings of the region’s art on the basis of our collection. To that end, we collaborate with other institutions on publications, inventories, and public activities. In this documents you'll find a detailed description of the Institutional Policy that guides our work.
Preservation is essential to making documents available to future generations, which is why adherence to our consultation rules is required.
This section contains the regulations for using our archives and documentary collections, as well as our bibliographic and periodical holdings. You can also download the guidelines for documents not yet available for standard consultation. Please read them before scheduling a visit.
