In order to estimate the cost of the service, please provide the inventory number and intended use of the digitized document (exhibition, cover of publication, interior of publication, research, etc.).
Espigas lends documentation for exhibitions, as long as the necessary conditions are respected to protect its state of conservation. If a photographic document is required, a high quality digitization will be provided. To request a document on loan, please send us this form with the corresponding information. Please note that loans are subject to the material conditioning times by our restoration team and the exhibition conditions of the requesting institution. Insurance will be required to cover the document from the time it leaves Espigas to its final return and an appropriate transfer to safeguard its integrity.
