Milestone 5. Headquarters at Santa Fe Avenue

In 1997, thanks to a subsidy from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes and generous donations from businessmen, auction houses and individuals, a new headquarters on Santa Fe Avenue was built.

That same year, a consultation room is planned and the cataloguing and processing of the material begins thanks to volunteers and collaborators. The number of national and foreign users increased year after year. Thirty years later we have a monthly consultation of approximately 100 users among students, teachers, researchers, journalists, gallery owners, collectors and individuals.
